Disconnect a social account (removes its tokens immediately)

• In Kukpo Social: Brands → the account → Disconnect. The access token and any comments/metrics fetched for that account are deleted right away.
• Or from the platform: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Kukpo Social → Remove; Instagram Settings → Apps and websites; Google myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access → Kukpo Social → Remove. Meta and Google notify us and we delete the related data automatically.

Delete your whole workspace

• In Kukpo Social: Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace (owner only). Brands, posts, media, members and tokens are deleted within 30 days; backups expire within 90 days.
• Or email privacy@kukpoholdings.com from the owner's email address. We confirm within 5 business days.

Delete just your user account

Email privacy@kukpoholdings.com. If you are the only owner of a workspace, transfer ownership first or ask us to delete the workspace too.
