Terms of Service — Kukpo Social

These terms govern your use of Kukpo Social, provided by Kukpo Holdings LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The Service

Kukpo Social helps businesses draft social media content with AI, review it, and publish it to social accounts they own. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published.

2. Your accounts and content

  • You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you must comply with each platform's terms (Meta, Google/YouTube).
  • You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the license needed to store, process and publish it as you direct.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of published content, including advertising, healthcare, legal, real-estate and financial rules that apply to your industry. Our Compliance Guard is a helper, not legal advice.
  • No unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; no fake reviews or impersonation; no spam.

3. AI output

AI-generated drafts may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality or results (engagement, sales, rankings). Always review before publishing.

4. Plans, billing and limits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits (brands, members, generations, images, videos) apply per plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party platforms and AI providers and may be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by social platforms (e.g. account restrictions).

8. Governing law

California law governs these terms; disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
